On the 27th, Oneness Biotech( TPEx : 4743 ) announced that it completed the pricing of the issuance of Global Depositary Receipt (GDR ), with a total overseas fundraising amount of approximately US$ 177 million (approximately NT$ 5.06 billion).
Oneness said that this GDR distribution not only is the first international capital market issuance since Oneness became listed on the TPEx in 2011 , but also successfully set the following major records of Taiwan companies funding from overseas capital market :
1. The largest international fundraising case among Taiwan's biotech and medical industry so far.
2. The largest GDR issuance in the non-electronic industry in Taiwan this year.
3. Oneness said that due to the success of the new drug unblinding, Oneness’ stock price has rsignificantly outperformed the weighted stock price of the Taiwan this year.
